Sameera Madusanka

Sameera Madusanka is an experienced quality assurance professional in the apparel industry, with over ten years of hands-on experience in garment inspection, production quality control, and compliance across Sri Lanka and the Middle East.

He holds a Diploma in Textile Technology and an Associate Diploma in Clothing Manufacturing from the Brandix Corporate Campus, providing him with a strong technical foundation in apparel construction, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.

Sameera began his career with Fidelity in 2017, where he served as a Quality Inspector until 2022. In this role, he was responsible for inline and final inspections, defect analysis, quality reporting, and ensuring adherence to buyer specifications and international quality requirements across multiple product categories.

He later gained international exposure by working in the United Arab Emirates, further strengthening his understanding of export-market expectations, cross-border quality standards, and operational discipline within global supply chains.

With a strong eye for detail, practical factory-floor experience, and a solid technical background, Sameera plays a key role in safeguarding product quality and consistency. He currently serves as Lead – Quality Control, supporting Fidelity’s commitment to reliable execution, buyer compliance, and high production standards.
