Fazlyne Mohamed

Fazlyne Mohamed is the Director and Chief Operating Officer of Fidelity, bringing over two decades of experience in corporate governance, operations, and apparel manufacturing management.

She is a qualified Chartered Secretary through the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and began her career at the Delmage Group, one of Sri Lanka’s most established conglomerates, where she served as Company Secretary for five years. During this period, she developed deep expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and organizational structuring within large, multi-entity business environments.

Fazlyne has been with Fidelity for over 20 years and has played a pivotal role in building and scaling the company’s Sri Lanka operations. She was instrumental in establishing Fidelity’s local manufacturing and production capabilities, enabling the business to serve both domestic and international clients and evolve into a multi-channel apparel platform.

As Chief Operating Officer, she continues to lead day-to-day operations across production, compliance, and execution, ensuring operational discipline, scalability, and consistent delivery. Her long-standing institutional knowledge and hands-on leadership remain central to Fidelity’s operational strength and continued growth.
